We do not currently make any gluten free versions of Auntie Mo’s Baking Mixes, however this is something that we may consider doing in the future. If you really want to see a gluten-free version available then please let us know at

Our Pistachio & Cranberry mix contains nuts. As all of our products are packed in the same facility we state that all of our products may contain traces of nuts.

As you do not need to use any eggs in our products there is no chance of Salmonella but we advise you not to eat the dough raw and to bake our products before enjoying them.

We can offer baked products for specific events. If interested, please email or call 0191 5920678 to discuss.

Cool your baked cookies completely, this is a very important step. Once they are cooled put them in an airtight container and keep at room temp (they will keep up to 3 days), in the fridge (up to 1 week) or in the freezer (up to 3 months).

Yes! Once you have made your dough you can take the dough you want to save, form it into a cookie-sized (4-5cm diameter) log and place it on a sheet of plastic food wrap / cling wrap. Then roll the wrap around your cookie dough and ensure it is fully sealed. You can then store this in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Yes! When cooking from frozen just chop the cookie dough log into 1cm thick slices. Then place them on a baking tray and cook as per the original instructions until the cookies are a light golden brown colour.

Yes! All our Jars are machine washable and safe to re-use. You can store something in them, or get creative and turn them into a centre piece! But whatever you use them for is up to you.
