Returns & Refunds Policy
Auntie Mo wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, but if you are unhappy with your item - we are here to help!
We do not accept any returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Under certain situations we will not issue a refund, those include:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any refund that is requested more than 30 days after delivery
* If we request proof of your issue and you are unable to provide it.
Once you contact us regarding your refund claim we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically and immediately be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The credit will register on your account in line with your bank or credit card companies processing time.
Estimated Refund time

Processing time can be affected by the card issuer and sometimes takes up to 10 business days.
If your credit card is no longer active, refunds will go to the bank that issued your card. Contact the bank to recover funds.
4-10 business days
Processing time can be affected by your bank, but typically takes between 4 and 10 business days.

This can sometimes take up to 10 business days. If you're returning the money to a payment method within PayPal (like a linked bank account), contact PayPal for more detailed information.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund contact your credit card company or bank to check their lead time, this can differ and it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
